About
For the first time ever in the United Kingdom, everyone is invited to The Inner Anushthan — a 45-day meditation retreat held in the radiant presence of Mangal Murti at the Samarpan Yog Centre for Meditation and Retreat, Melton Mowbray.
This immersive retreat offers a rare opportunity to step away from the rhythm of the external world and journey inward, into the quiet, into awareness, into the space where peace naturally exists. Over 45 days, meditators will have the freedom to deepen their practice, settle into silence, experience the bliss of the present moment, and reconnect with their inner Self. Each day unfolds gently, supported by meditation, the serene energy of the Ashram, and the collective stillness of everyone present.
Whether you attend for a few hours, few days or for the full duration, Anushthan is an invitation to slow down, breathe, let go, and allow the mind to dissolve…
You can HElp us tHe most by making a donation
Our aim, along with Samarpan organisations around the world, is to make the life-changing benefits of Samarpan Meditation accessible to all. Through this spiritual practice, Swamiji has enabled us to connect with the higher vibrations and inner wisdom of our soul, empowering us to reach our full potential.
To grow and develop the Samarpan Yog Centre, we depend on regular donations to meet essential costs such as heating, lighting, and daily lunches, while also building funds for future projects. We need your support to cover the ongoing expenses every month.
Our aim is to find 200 supporters willing to contribute £50 per month, or any amount you are able to give regularly. Every contribution, no matter the amount, plays a vital role in sustaining the ashram and helping it grow. With your generosity and continued support, we can ensure the ashram remains a place of service, learning, and spiritual growth for all.
