About the retreats
Experience over 3 days the simple but powerful meditation for daily life with His Holiness Shivkrupanand Swamiji. During the weekend, there will be focused teaching sessions, along with question and answer sessions with him. The retreat programme will include a number of other activities to enjoy and that will help and support your meditation.
You will also get the benefit of meditating with a group of positive like-minded people, which increases our capacity to receive and absorb the high vibrations experienced with the meditation ~ connecting us more strongly with our own source of inner energy and wisdom.

Our aim, along with Samarpan organisations around the world, is to make the life-changing benefits of Samarpan Meditation accessible to all. Through this spiritual practice, Swamiji has enabled us to connect with the higher vibrations and inner wisdom of our soul, empowering us to reach our full potential.
To grow and develop the Samarpan Yog Centre, we depend on regular donations to meet essential costs such as heating, lighting, and daily lunches, while also building funds for future projects. We need your support to cover the ongoing expenses every month.
Our aim is to find 200 supporters willing to contribute £50 per month, or any amount you are able to give regularly. Every contribution, no matter the amount, plays a vital role in sustaining the ashram and helping it grow. With your generosity and continued support, we can ensure the ashram remains a place of service, learning, and spiritual growth for all.
